OUR VISION AND CURRICULUM
Orchard Hills uses children’s curriculum from Amazing Life. From preschool through fifth grade, the Orange Strategy and curriculum draw on the elements of wonder, discovery, and passion – interlocking essentials that build a student’s view of God, the world and themselves!
First Look — Nursery through Pre-K (four-year-olds):
The First Look curriculum is designed so that each child will grow up believing that:
God loves me!
God made me!
Jesus wants to be my friend, forever!
Studio 252 — Kindergarten through 5th Grade
The 252 curriculum is designed to shape identity through planting these specific truths from Luke 2:52 in the heart of every elementary aged child:
I can make the wise choice.
I can trust God no matter what.
I should treat others the way I want to be treated.
Club 67 — 6th and 7th Grade
Our middle schoolers are at a unique time in their lives discovering who they are and why they matter. It is a time where their faith is becoming their own and social connection is important. Our 6th and 7th graders have the opportunity to build relationships and to learn how to study the Bible together in a small group on Sunday mornings.
We use the Bible Project Curriculum to engage with each other and the Bible by discussing various topics!
